Our concept for Total Design NI
Ltd was based on the turn-key principle,
in that we take care of all aspects of the
project including the removal of existing
installation, fitting of new kitchen or
bathroom, tiling, plumbing, painting, flooring
and all electrical work. The process begins
with a home consultation at a time to suit.
Once you have decided on the design layout
and product, we will then agree the installation
start date.
At Total Design, we are committed to customer
care and satisfaction. At every stage, you
will be kept up to date with progress and
one of our Directors will personally oversee
each and every project from start to finish
so there is only one point of contact for
you to deal with. Our products are guaranteed,
as is our commitment to your
satisfaction.
We use only high grade materials supplied
by our associate companies, so not only
will we take care of all your
needs, but we can supply all
of the materials which can be viewed either
at our showroom or samples can be brought
to your house during the consultation period.
